    Front Desk - Patient Experience Coordinator


    Patient Experience Coordinators are organized, exceptional communicators, and have the skills necessary to multi-task effectively and efficiently. 

    You will be the primary contact with our patients, and you are responsible for the patients having an exceptional customer service experience in our practice.

    This position is full time and located in Salisbury, Md

    • Documentation of patient administrative records

    • New patient paperwork

    • Medical and Dental history’s and annual updates

    • Insurance information and verification

    • Treatment consent documentation

    • Patient ledger and transactions

    • Financial agreements

    • Patient referrals

    • Office schedule

    • Communication and collection of patient balances due following office protocol

    • Maintaining a clean and inviting office and patient check in area

    • Participation in daily team huddle

    • AM huddle meeting

    • PM strategy meeting

    • Participate with ongoing feedback, training, and occupational reviews
