    If so, Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners has an opportunity for you! This position will focus on the recruitment of dental office team, and will be responsible for multiple regions.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Source qualified candidates through a variety of tools and strategies:
      • Online postings
      • Social Networks
      • Professional Conferences
      • Targeting mailing programs
    • Delivers engaging presentations to inform candidate pools of value proposition to join MADP
    • Conducts phone interviews and completes required documentation
    • Arranges interview times and coordinates with hiring Manager and candidate
    • Updates system of candidate status and ensure rejection letters are sent in a timely manner
    • Updates systems with correct data needed for talent acquisition reporting and metrics
    • Conducts background checks on selected candidates in a timely manner and informs key stakeholders of results
    • Attend industry specific job fairs to attract qualified candidates
    • Partner with local universities and technical schools to develop a pipeline of qualified candidate
    • Creates and delivers offer letters to candidates
    • Informs HR team of upcoming new hires and start dates
    • Partners with HR team to ensure positive on boarding experience for new employee
    • Other tasks as requested by direct Manager

     

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience preferred
    • 2-3 years experience with professional level recruitment

     

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • High level of energy, self confidence and enthusiasm
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast past environment
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt rapidly to change
    • Able to gather and understand customer needs and translate into delivery of qualified candidates
    • Ability to energize and develop excitement among job candidates to join MADP
    • Successful record of managing multiple tasks which require high level of detail orientation, organization and time management skills
    • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
