    Job Summary

    The Business Development Manager is the sourcing leader of all business development flow from a region. The position will be responsible for identifying and sourcing all new qualified business development leads and guiding them thru the process till closing. The role would focus on MADP's existing footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region with a specific emphasis on Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. The position can be located in any part of the Mid- Atlantic region.

    Essential Duties
    Manage the regional business development pipeline
    Lead, manage and evaluate new partnership opportunities in your territory
    Lead and manage the due diligence process from start tofinish
    Negotiate all terms of the partnership within the MADP framework
    Review and submit letters of intent to potentialpartnerships
    Align with MADP's executive team on the company vision and partnership strategy
    Manage and attend all relevant trade shows and continuing education in the assigned territory

    Professional Qualifications
    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development or related positions in the dental or healthcare industry
    3+years of experience in sales, business development or related positions in the dental or healthcare industry
    Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice
